Crossyl is for adults (18+) in India who are tired of apps that never lead to real meetings. Whether you're looking for a relationship, a casual connection, or just someone to do something fun with today — if you're intentional about it, Crossyl is built for you.

Every user verifies their identity with a government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport) before accessing the app. Your ID details are encrypted with AES-256 and are never visible to other users or shared with third parties except our licensed KYC partner. Only a "Verified ✓" badge appears on your profile.

Crossyl's core features are free. We offer a Crossyl Premium tier with enhanced discovery, unlimited daily plans, priority matching, and read receipts. Pricing will be announced at launch. We will never charge you hidden fees or surprise you with paywalls mid-use.

No. KYC verification is mandatory for all users. This is a deliberate choice — it's the single biggest factor in making Crossyl a safe, trustworthy platform. Unverified accounts cannot post plans or match with anyone.

Only users whose plans overlap with yours for the day can see your profile. Your full name, phone number, and ID details are never visible to other users. You decide what you share in your bio and when. You can update your visibility settings at any time.

Never. Crossyl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or any third party. Our business model is subscriptions — not your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion, except KYC records which are retained for 5 years as required by law.

Tap any profile or message → tap the three-dot menu → Report or Block. Blocked users are immediately prevented from seeing your profile, plans, or contacting you in any way. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours, and urgent safety reports within 2 hours.

Report immediately via the in-app report button or email safety@crossyl.app. We take harassment seriously — it results in a permanent ban with no appeals. For serious threats, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement. Your safety is non-negotiable.
