By creating a Crossyl account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crossyl Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
To use Crossyl you must:
Crossyl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements without notice or refund.
You are solely responsible for:
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts — including to evade a ban — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent removal of all associated accounts.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban, at Crossyl's sole discretion. In serious cases, we will report violations to law enforcement.
You own the content you submit to Crossyl (photos, plan descriptions, messages). By submitting, you grant Crossyl a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and transmit that content within the app solely to operate the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
We will never use your photos, name, or likeness in advertising without your explicit written consent. You represent that you own or have the right to share all content you post, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
Crossyl Premium is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer pro-rated refunds except where required by law. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Crossyl is a platform that facilitates connections between independent users. We are not responsible for the conduct, representations, or actions of any user, whether on or off the app. Meeting someone from Crossyl carries inherent risk, as does any social interaction. We strongly encourage following our Safety Guidelines.
The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crossyl disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for Crossyl services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Crossyl may suspend or permanently terminate your account for violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines, without prior notice and without refund. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, content, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Crossyl shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@crossyl.app before commencing any legal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app and by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Crossyl after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must delete your account before they take effect.
